It is very important that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your reservation at Dolphinaris.
The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your card when you make the reservation. As the purchaser, you must present the credit card used to book the reservation and photo ID at the time of your dolphin experience in order for the reservation to be valid.
Payments made will be charged in US dollars. Any conversion to another currency will be held under the current exchange rate of your bank.
Children must be at least 6 years of age to participate in any dolphin program and must be accompanied in the water by a paid adult in the same program. Any guest under the age of 18 must have all release forms signed by a parent/legal guardian. Parents should take into account that their child will be in direct contact with large animals in water that is approximately 3-feet deep.
The minimum age to participate in the Trainer for a Day program (TFD) is 12 years.
The minimum height for all guests is 4 ft. (1.22 m4 ft.) and must be able to swim in order to participate in our programs.
Dolphin Land Experience, Children must be at least 3 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There must be a responsible adult for each child in your group who is under 4 feet tall.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in our dolphin programs.
Cameras and other personal items are not allowed in the lagoon areas.
Companions, visitors and non-paying guests are not allowed to enter the lagoon areas.
Service animals are not allowed to enter the lagoon areas.
Weapons including knives are not permitted to be taken into the park.
Smoking is not permitted.
Changes and Modifications:
All modifications or changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the confirmed date of your visit.

Reservations cancelled 3 or more days prior to the confirmed reservation date will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled with less than 3 days’ notice, you will receive a voucher good for one year from the date of cancellation for a future reservation.
Discounts cannot be combined. Offers are not valid retroactively and are non-transferable. Management reserves all rights.
If you need to reschedule your dolphin experience due to inclement weather, call 1-800-92 Dolphin (1-800-923-6574), to reschedule your visit. Reservations cancelled due to weather are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
All participating guests must check in at Dolphinaris at least half an hour before the time confirmed for your dolphin experience. In case of a no show, the charged purchase price is not refundable.
Pregnant women are encouraged to participate in our Dry Encounter/Land Experience. Before reserving any of our in-water experiences, please consult your physician for your health and safety.
Dolphinaris provides interactive and secure dolphin programs which require the physical participation of the guest. All participants must be in good health and must be able to understand and follow the instructions of our trainers.
If you have had recent illness, surgery, injury or suffer from any physical limitations, please consult your physician before reserving a dolphin program.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES OR SPECIAL NEEDS
Guests with disabilities may participate with the assistance of their personal aide or assistant.
Cameras and Recording Devices
For the safety of our animals, cameras, cell phones, and other recording devices are not permitted near the dolphin habitat or in the pool areas.
